It all goes according to the year's theme. As a committee, we take in consideration an individual's perfomance in San Fernando, their dedication to helping others, and their accomplishments. It is never an easy task to distinguish a single individual for their hard work, but it is always an honor to open the doors as a community recognizing oustanding personalities.
